Ventilație Procese Industriale — Produse pentru Temperaturi Înalte, Coroziv și ATEX
Ventilația proceselor industriale diferă fundamental de ventilația generală a clădirilor: aerul vehiculat poate fi fierbinte (cuptoare industriale până la 200°C, uscătoare la 90°C), coroziv (galvanizare cu acizi, industria chimică cu vapori agresivi), cu praf abraziv (prelucrare lemn, minerit, industria cimentului) sau cu vapori inflamabili (procese cu solvenți organici — necesită obligatoriu echipamente ATEX). Adesea, mai mulți factori se combină simultan.
Soluții disponibile:
Ventilatoare cu motor extern — motorul în afara fluxului de aer fierbinte sau coroziv, prelungindu-și durata de viată de 3–5× față de motoarele în flux. Soluție standard pentru cuptoare, uscătoare și procese termice.
Ventilatoare centrifugale de înaltă presiune — pentru transportul pneumatic al materialelor pulverulente, colectarea prafului în filtre sac și procesele cu rezistență hidraulică ridicată (800–3.000+ Pa).
Ventilatoare anticorozive (PP, PVC, inox AISI 304/316) — pentru galvanizare, decapare, industria chimică și farmaceutică, stații de epurare.
Ventilatoare ATEX — pentru procese cu vapori de solvenți organici sau alte amestecuri explozive.
