ACM 125 T

Vent-Axia ACM 100 — the quietest mixed flow inline fan in the 100mm class, manufactured in the UK. Maximum airflow 85 l/s (306 m³/h) at high speed.

Noise level: 22 dB(A) at high speed and a remarkable 16 dB(A) at low speed — below the threshold of human hearing.

Maximum static pressure 33 Pa — 2.5× more than a conventional axial fan of the same diameter. Single-phase motor with 3 speeds selectable on installation, S.T.O.P. thermal protection, IP44, Class II (no earth required).

360° rotating motor chassis, detachable spigots, clean without removing ducting. Horizontal and vertical operation.

The ACM 100T variant includes a run-on timer.

Vent-Axia ACM 150 — mixed flow inline fan manufactured in the UK, designed for installation in Ø150mm circular ductwork.

Maximum airflow 155 l/s (558 m³/h) at high speed, maximum static pressure 46 Pa — 2.5× more pressure than a conventional axial fan of the same diameter.

Single-phase motor with 3 speeds selectable on installation, S.T.O.P. thermal protection, IP44, Class II (no earth required).

360° rotating motor chassis for connection in confined spaces.

Cleaning without removing ducting. Horizontal and vertical operation.

ACM 150T variant includes run-on timer.

Maximum ambient temperature: +50°C.

Casals JF 300 T2 UN CONFORT — unidirectional axial jet fan designed for polluted air (CO, CO₂) and accidental fire smoke evacuation in underground car parks and large spaces, in compliance with normative NP 24-2022.

Maximum airflow 4,500 m³/h, thrust force 26 N, three-phase motor 0.55 kW, 2,780 rpm, current 1.36A / 400V, protection IP55, insulation Class F, maximum operating temperature 60°C.

Composed of an axial fan with galvanised steel casing flanked by 2 mineral wool silencers — significant acoustic attenuation versus non-silenced jet fans.

The UN (unidirectional) variant is equipped with an inlet protection guard and an outlet deflector that directs the air jet away from the ceiling and obstacles, sweeping the complete air volume towards the extraction point.

Total length: 2,415 mm. Weight: 60 kg
