Residential Heat Recovery Units HRV — Models for New Homes and Renovations

HRV (Heat Recovery Ventilation) units are the complete solution for modern airtight homes: they introduce fresh filtered outdoor air and exhaust stale indoor air, simultaneously recovering 75–90% of the thermal energy in the extracted air. At -5°C outside and 22°C inside, without an HRV the incoming fresh air is at -5°C (requiring heating of 27°C). With an 85% efficiency HRV, incoming air is pre-heated to approximately 19°C — requiring only 3°C additional heating. Ventilation energy bill drops by 85%.

The residential products include centralised units with ductwork (optimal for new homes) and decentralised units for direct wall mounting (renovation solution, one unit per room, single Ø 100–160 mm hole). Included G4/F7 filters protect allergy and asthma sufferers.
