Smoke extract fans

Smoke extraction fans are safety-critical equipment certified to operate at extreme temperatures — 300°C or 400°C — for the minimum duration required by regulations, to EN 12101-3. Legally mandatory in most public and industrial buildings. Using a standard fan instead of a certified smoke extraction fan is a serious error — the non-compliant unit will fail within the first minutes of a fire.
