1. Site Information

The website www.ventilation.ro is operated by IOANNINA IMPEX SRL, headquartered at Sos Odai, no. 23, sector 1, BUCHAREST, registered with the Trade Register under number J40/2580/1993, which can be contacted at the email address: ioannina@ioannina.ro.

The operational administration of the website www.ventilation.ro is provided by the same company mentioned above.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the website www.ventilation.ro and/or any other service offered on the site, you are considered to have read, understood, and fully accepted the terms and conditions of use of the site. The site administrator will make every effort to maintain the accuracy of the information displayed on the site. However, given possible errors regarding this information, the company states that the product images are for informational purposes only; some features or prices of the products presented on the site may be changed without prior notice or may contain operational errors.

3. Payment for Products and Services

Prices of goods and services displayed on the website www.ventilation.ro include VAT.

The price, payment method, and payment term are specified with each order. The seller will issue an invoice to the buyer for the goods and services delivered, and it is the buyer's obligation to provide all information necessary for issuing the invoice in accordance with applicable legislation.

We will send the buyer the invoice related to the order, containing the products and services sold by IOANNINA IMPEX SRL through the website www.ventilation.ro.

If the customer's data representing the delivery point of the order and the banking/payment details relevant to the transactions change, it is the buyer's obligation to update the information necessary for processing the order.

4. Delivery Terms

Delivery of Products is made based on Orders issued by the Buyer and confirmed by the Seller; delivery terms are specified by the Seller in each Order Confirmation.

For products available in stock, delivery will be made within a maximum of two business days from the date the payment confirmation is submitted.

5. Disputes

The law governing the legal relationships arising between the parties under this contract is Romanian law. Disputes arising from or in connection with this contract will be resolved amicably; otherwise, the parties agree that they will be resolved by the courts at the Provider's headquarters.

6. Force Majeure Conditions

Neither party will be liable for failure to perform its contractual obligations if such failure is due to a force majeure event, in accordance with applicable legislation.

7. Return Policy and Conditions

Products that are the subject of online orders may be returned within 30 days of the date of receipt.

If a product other than the one ordered was delivered.

Return costs are borne by the supplier. We recommend keeping the original packaging to protect the integrity of the products (box, pallet, etc.).

If the product does not match the technical specifications presented on the site.

If the purchased product does not match the technical specifications presented on the ventilation.ro website, you may request the return and replacement of the product with the correct one, or you may request a full refund of its value. Return costs are borne by the supplier.

Withdrawal from Purchase

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract, i.e., to return a Good or cancel a Service, within 30 calendar days, without giving any reason and without bearing any costs other than the delivery costs provided for in Art. 13, para. (3) and Art. 14 of Emergency Ordinance (O.U.G.) No. 34/2014. The Consumer is responsible only for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products, in accordance with Art. 14, para. 3 of O.U.G. 34/2014.

What conditions must the returned product meet?

The condition for accepting the return is that the products be in their original packaging, in the same condition in which they were delivered, not damaged, showing no signs of installation, and with all labels intact. We reserve the right to refuse any returned product that cannot be resold as new, as it may endanger the health of buyers.

In cases where the returned products show damaged or incomplete packaging, signs of wear, signs of installation, scratches, dents, or missing accessories, we reserve the right to decide whether or not to accept the return. If the return is accepted, the refunded amount will be reduced proportionally to the damage as follows:

• Damaged packaging: -20%
• Missing accessories: -30%

Returns will be refused for received products that show signs of installation, scratches, dents, or that have reached a damage level of over 50%.

After evaluation of the returned products, the value of the returned products will, depending on the case, be transferred to the specified bank account within 14 days.
