Modular air filtration units — 4-stage, >99% efficiency, plug-and-play for industrial production
Modular filtration units are complete air exhaust and filtration systems designed for industrial production spaces where the air simultaneously contains multiple types of contaminants — dust, fine particles, fumes, chemical vapours and odours — that no single filtration stage can efficiently capture all at once.
4-stage filtration construction:
G4 (coarse) — captures large particles, visible dust, debris, F5 (medium) — captures fine dust, particles below 10 µm, F9 (fine) — captures fine particles PM2.5, fumes, aerosols, Activated carbon — adsorption of gases, solvent vapours, odours
The combination of 4 stages delivers a total filtration efficiency of >99% — air discharged from the unit is practically free of all particulate and chemical contaminants.
Advantage over fixed extraction systems: A fixed extraction system requires a technical design, electrical installation, fixed ductwork and permits. A mobile unit connects to a 230V socket and starts immediately — no infrastructure investment. It can be moved to any workstation that temporarily generates emissions (welding, grinding, manual spraying, chemical operations).
Main applications:
Production halls — dust and fume capture from machine tools, grinders, lathes. Spray booths — paint and solvent lacquer vapour extraction. Welding workshops — welding fume capture (fine metallic particles, toxic gases). Laboratories — workbench-level air filtration. Pharmaceutical industry — active pharmaceutical dust capture during packaging. Any temporary workstation with dust, fume or gas emissions.
