Commercial spaces impose some of the most complex and regulated ventilation requirements: high occupant density, presence of combustion engine vehicles, legally mandatory smoke extraction systems, strict hygiene standards and high acoustic comfort levels — all simultaneously, under the same roof.

A shopping centre with underground car parks, restaurants, multiplex and commercial gallery must simultaneously manage: anti-CO car park ventilation (ductwork-free Jet Fan system with CO sensors), F300/F400 certified smoke extraction per normative P118-1:2025 and SR EN 12101-3 (legally mandatory), ventilation of restaurant hoods within the premises (CF HP fans with Simotop motor), and general gallery ventilation with variable air changes based on occupancy (EC fans with automatic CO₂ control).
