CUSTOMISABLE UNITS
If your project requires a heat recovery ventilation unit at a specific airflow, duct connection layout or cabinet size that doesn't exist in a standard catalogue — customisable units are the correct solution.
Each unit is designed and manufactured to your specific order: airflow 1,000–3,000 m³/h, counterflow plate heat exchanger in aluminium or copper, efficiency class H1 EN 13053, ErP 2018 Ready compliant, performance certified by Eurovent.
The full configuration is specified at order:
- Filters — G4 / F7 / F9 / H13 / HEPA on supply and exhaust
- Connection position — same face, opposite faces, top/bottom
- Additional treatment — pre-heating coil, cooling coil, humidifier, acoustic attenuators
- Fans — EC with integrated speed controller or without; specify voltage and control protocol
The process is straightforward: send us the required airflow, design temperatures and space constraints — you receive the full calculation sheet with efficiencies, pressure drops, heat recovery in kW and cabinet dimensions within 24–48 hours.
Air Heat Recovery Unit CHR 0800
CHR 800 — mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (MVHR) unit for residential and commercial spaces up to 80 m².
Nominal airflow 800 m³/h, Eurovent certified aluminium heat exchanger with high thermal efficiency, digital controller included — ready to operate from day one.
Low profile with height of only 300 mm — fits in restricted false ceiling spaces.
Backward curved blade fans — low noise and maximum energy efficiency.
Plug & Play installation with alternative duct connection covers (both-side mounting).
Double drain tray, detachable plate heat exchanger for easy maintenance without dismantling the unit.
Optional: electric post-heating coil or water coil.
Part of a range of 8 models from 800 to 6,000 m³/h.
Mandatory for nZEB compliance in buildings authorised from 2023.
