Heat Recovery Units
Heat recovery units are the solution through which mechanical ventilation becomes compatible with energy efficiency: they renew indoor air while recovering 75-90% of the heat from the exhausted air. A heat recovery unit extracts stale air from the building and introduces fresh air from outside, transferring heat through the internal heat exchanger — the cold outdoor air enters at close to room temperature, with no significant energy losses.
Mechanical ventilation systems with heat recovery are essential in modern, well-insulated buildings — new apartments, passive houses, constructions with triple glazing and airtight joinery — where natural ventilation through windows no longer functions efficiently and where simply opening a window in winter means large heat losses. Without a heat recovery unit, the owner of an energy-efficient home is forced to choose between fresh air and a low heating bill.
We offer heat recovery units for all applications: the residential range with compact units of 150-600 m³/h for apartments and houses — silent, with integrated F7 filtration and automatic CO₂ control — and the commercial range with units of 1,000-10,000+ m³/h for offices, hotels, restaurants, clinics and commercial spaces. As direct importers of Vent-Axia and Casals, we offer 80-90% recovery efficiency, complete technical documentation and consultancy for correct system sizing.
