Classroom and School Ventilation — Products for Clean Air and Academic Performance

Classroom air quality directly influences concentration ability and academic performance. European research demonstrates that at CO₂ concentrations above 1,000 ppm — a threshold quickly reached in a class of 30 pupils without mechanical ventilation — cognitive performance drops by 15–20%, drowsiness increases and the number of medical absences doubles compared to well-ventilated classrooms.

Mandatory hygiene standard: minimum 30 m³/h per pupil per current Romanian regulations. A class of 30 pupils + 2 teachers requires minimum 960 m³/h — impossible to ensure through natural ventilation in the vast majority of schools built before 2000.
