DSP/ISU compliance checklist: ☑ Functional hood fan, tested at startup ☑ Zinc-coated or stainless steel ductwork (not plastic) ☑ External discharge (not into loft) ☑ Clean intact grease filters in hood ☑ Cleaning register (minimum monthly) ☑ Fire damper where ductwork crosses fire-rated walls ☑ Functional dining room ventilation (minimum 8 changes/hour) ☑ Technical ventilation design signed by qualified engineer.
