Restaurant Ventilation —  Products for Hood, Dining Room and DSP/ISU Compliance

A functionally ventilated restaurant means simultaneously: the kitchen efficiently extracts smoke and grease from the hood, the dining room receives fresh air without kitchen odours and without cold draughts, and documentation is in order for health and fire safety inspectors.

DSP/ISU compliance checklist: ☑ Functional hood fan, tested at startup ☑ Zinc-coated or stainless steel ductwork (not plastic) ☑ External discharge (not into loft) ☑ Clean intact grease filters in hood ☑ Cleaning register (minimum monthly) ☑ Fire damper where ductwork crosses fire-rated walls ☑ Functional dining room ventilation (minimum 8 changes/hour) ☑ Technical ventilation design signed by qualified engineer.

CF HP range (0.5 HP 200 M4  → 10 HP 450 T4), soundproofed BOX CF HP, CF INOX 3 HP for fish/seafood restaurants, incorporated EC fans for dining room ventilation.
