General home ventilation ensures air quality in all rooms — not just bathroom or kitchen, but bedrooms, living rooms and home offices. Without mechanical ventilation, CO₂ concentrations in well-insulated home bedrooms can exceed 1,500–2,000 ppm after a few hours of sleep, causing drowsiness, headaches and frequent night waking. The product range covers all budgets: Vent-Axia residential fans (IP44, Long Life 40,000 hours), BT3 EC inline boosters for existing ventilation ducts, and residential heat recovery units (75–90% thermal energy recovery) for new or energy-renovated homes.
