Activated carbon cylinder Ø145 × 220 mm — deodorising filter

The Ø145 × 220 mm activated carbon cylindrical cartridge is the consumable component for FCB chemical filter base systems. It does NOT mount directly on ventilation ductwork — it is inserted with a bayonet fixing system into one of the FCB bases (FCB-4, FCB-8, FCB-12 or FCB-16) that form the filtration section of the installation.

Standard FCC-AC cartridges contain pure activated carbon and are effective for retaining: HCl (hydrochloric acid), HF (hydrofluoric acid), NOx (nitrogen oxides), SO2 (sulphur dioxide). Typical applications: professional kitchens, spray booths, underground car parks, laboratories, museums, hospitals, production facilities with acid emissions.

For retaining H2S, NH3, CH2O, VOCs and chlorine choose the FCC-AC MA PLUS variant (activated carbon with active alumina impregnated with potassium permanganate).

The 220 mm length means less carbon volume than the standard 450 mm model. Recommended for: selective replacement of partially saturated cartridges in a mixed battery; low chemical contaminant concentrations; intermittent operation applications.
