Smoke extract wall fan - RWM 57-4045-6W-10

The 6-pole, low-speed version (925 RPM) on the Ø438mm casing — the 0.37 kW power consumption and 78 dB(A) sound level make it the most energy-efficient model in the entire RWM range at a useful airflow of 5,000 m³/h. The optimal choice for buildings where the operating cost of the base ventilation system and acoustic level are design factors as important as smoke extraction performance.

The Nicotra Gebhardt RWM 57 series comprises wall-mounted fans for smoke extraction in the event of fire, certified for operation at 600°C for 120 minutes — the highest fire resistance class in standard DIN EN 12101-3. This certification exceeds the standard F400 class and is mandatory in road tunnels, railway tunnels and buildings with extreme fire risk.

The essential construction feature: the motor is positioned completely outside the hot gas zone and cooled by outside air — the only solution that allows operation at 600°C without motor damage.
