Casals JF 300 T2 UN CONFORT — unidirectional axial jet fan designed for polluted air (CO, CO₂) and accidental fire smoke evacuation in underground car parks and large spaces, in compliance with normative NP 24-2022.
Maximum airflow 4,500 m³/h, thrust force 26 N, three-phase motor 0.55 kW, 2,780 rpm, current 1.36A / 400V, protection IP55, insulation Class F, maximum operating temperature 60°C.
Composed of an axial fan with galvanised steel casing flanked by 2 mineral wool silencers — significant acoustic attenuation versus non-silenced jet fans.
The UN (unidirectional) variant is equipped with an inlet protection guard and an outlet deflector that directs the air jet away from the ceiling and obstacles, sweeping the complete air volume towards the extraction point.

AXIAL JET FAN CONFORT
MANUFACTURING FEATURES:
The JF models are composed of an axial fan and two silencers.
FAN:
• Axial fan with galvanized steel casing. The connection box is accessible by the side from a removable door.
• Standard asynchronous squirrel-cage motor with IP-55 protection and Class F insulation, Standard voltages 230/400V 50Hz for 1 speed motors and 400V 50Hz for 2 speed motors.
SILENCERS:
• Casing in galvanized steel. Inner duct made of perforated galvanized steel sheet. The silencers are filled with mineral wool with high acoustic absorption properties, preventing most of the fan noise to be propagated.
• Unidirectional JF CONFORT UN is equipped with a protection guard at the inlet side and a deflector at the outlet. The deflector directs the air away from the ceiling and obstacles like beams or ducting, sweeping the whole volume of air to the closest extraction point.
APPLICATIONS:
• Conceived for car parkings and large spaces where polluted air, or smoke from an accidental fire, needs to be removed effectively. An optimized design minimizes the height needed for their installation and assures a silent operation.
• Maximum working temperature: 60ºC.
