T2P 300x300 mm Double Deflection Wall Grille — The Square Format
Two rows of blades, not one
The T2P grille has two rows of individually adjustable blades, mounted one behind the other and perpendicular to each other. The front row follows one side, the rear row runs across it.
This is the difference from single deflection grilles, which have one row and aim air in a single plane. With double deflection you aim the jet sideways and vertically, independently.
(The detailed comparison, with the selection rule, is on the T2P 600x450 page.)
Where the 300x300 mm format is used
At 0.09 m² face area, this size suits low and medium airflows:
- Offices and consulting rooms — conditioned supply air
- Hotel rooms and apartments with ducted systems
- Waiting areas, receptions, small retail
- Plant rooms and small stores — where the square shape matches standard masonry openings
- Atypical mounting positions, where adjustment must stay flexible in both directions
Seasonal adjustment
- In cooling, cold air is denser and falls by itself; aim the jet horizontally or slightly upwards to mix before it reaches the occupied zone
- In heating, warm air rises and stratifies under the ceiling; aim the blades downwards to push heat towards people
Adjustment is by hand, blade by blade, after commissioning — when you can see how the air actually behaves. It takes a few minutes and visibly changes comfort.
Construction
Anodised aluminium — the oxide layer protects the metal against corrosion, does not flake like paint and withstands repeated cleaning. Maintain with a soft cloth, without solvents or abrasives.
Electrostatic RAL painting to order — for integration into coloured walls or where the architect specifies a shade.

FAQ
How many rows of blades does it actually have? Two — that is what "double deflection" means. A single row is single deflection (T1P series), which costs less and aims air in one plane only.
Are the blades fixed at 45°? No, they are individually adjustable to any position. The fixed 45° angle belongs to exterior grilles and ceiling diffusers.
What is the advantage of the square format? Both blade rows are the same length, so adjustment is equally effective on both axes. Useful when you don't know in advance where the air will need to go, or where the grille is fitted in an atypical position.
Can I control airflow as well as direction? Not from the blades. For airflow, order the T2P-D version with an integrated damper, or fit a separate damper behind the grille.
Can it also be fitted in a false ceiling? Yes, in the -SPQ version, mounted in a 595x595 mm plate compatible with ceiling grids. The 300x300 mm size is available in this execution.
