The CF HP 450 T4 centrifugal fan is the high-capacity version of the CF HP range — built entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel and fitted with a mandatory three-phase IE3 motor at 5.5 kW. It is the correct solution for high-volume industrial kitchens, large-scale canteens, major hotel kitchens and any installation where extraction airflow exceeds 10,000 m³/h.

Why IE3 matters at this power: At 5.5 kW running continuously for 8–16 hours a day, the difference between IE2 and IE3 represents 3–5% of annual energy consumption — hundreds of lei saved each year of operation. From 7.5 kW upwards, IE3 is legally mandatory in Europe (IEC 60034-30, in force from 01/01/2015).

Construction:

  • AISI 304 stainless steel casing — resistant to grease vapours, high humidity, industrial detergents and aggressive cleaning agents
  • Stainless steel bucket-type impeller with sparse blades — self-cleaning, no grease or oil deposit build-up
  • Simotop asynchronous motor IE3, IP55, Class F — designed for continuous operation in industrial conditions
  • Mounted on vibration-damping brackets — reduces structural noise transmitted through the building fabric and ductwork
  • Variable speed, controllable by voltage and frequency — compatible with frequency inverters in the range (LG LV0055G100-4EOFN available)

Difference vs CF HP 250 M4: The CF HP 250 M4 (1.1 kW / 230V single-phase / 6,000 m³/h) is the solution for small restaurants and medium kitchens. The CF HP 450 T4 (5.5 kW / 400V three-phase / 14,500 m³/h) is for installations 2–3× larger, requiring dedicated industrial electrical circuits.

Noise reduction option: fans in the CF HP range can be installed in BOX HP sound-insulated plenum enclosures — available from ventilation.ro — for installations where acoustic performance is a contractual or regulatory requirement.

Duct connection pieces are not included in the price. Connections and accessories are optional.
