A 0.75 kW VFD for ventilation and pumping
The MV810G1-4T0.75B is a three-phase variable frequency drive for motors up to 0.75 kW at 380 V. Instead of running the fan or pump at full speed all the time, the drive matches motor speed to the airflow or flow rate actually needed.
In ventilation this brings large energy savings. Fan power falls roughly with the cube of speed, so at 80% speed the motor draws about half the power. Soft starting and stopping also reduce mechanical stress on belts, bearings and ductwork.
Precise control, simple setup
The drive uses high-performance vector control and delivers stable torque even at low speed. Parameters can be set from the front panel or from a laptop through the USB Type-C port, which also allows real-time monitoring.
The operating panel features:
- a 5-digit LED display;
- soft-touch silicone buttons;
- a programmable multifunction M key.
An optional remote LCD keypad can be connected through the standard network port, for example on the door of the control cabinet.
Easy integration into automation and BMS
- 8 multifunction digital inputs, NPN or PNP selectable. Two can also be used as outputs, and one accepts high-frequency pulses (HDI).
- 2 analog inputs: 0–10 V and a differential −10…+10 V / 0–20 mA input. They can take a signal directly from a pressure, CO₂ or temperature sensor.
- Analog output for frequency, current or other values.
- Open-collector output and programmable relay (RA/RB/RC contacts) for fault or run signalling.
- Built-in RS485 Modbus with switchable termination resistor.
- Motor thermistor input for overheating protection.
Optional communication cards are available for PROFINET, EtherCAT, CANopen, Modbus TCP and EtherNet/IP, plus a PG card for encoder feedback when the application requires closed-loop control.
Fast installation, easy maintenance
At only 72 mm wide, the drive takes up very little cabinet space. The lower cover slides on without screws. The cooling fan has a pop-up cover, so it can be cleaned or replaced without removing the drive. An external braking resistor connects directly to the dedicated terminals.
Applications: small axial and centrifugal fans, kitchen hood fans, demand-controlled ventilation (DCV), circulation and water pumps, conveyors, mixers and other small machines.

FAQ
Which motor can this drive control?
A three-phase induction motor up to 0.75 kW at 380–400 V, with a rated current of no more than 2.7 A. Check the current on the motor nameplate.
Can I power the drive from a single-phase 230 V supply?
No. This model requires a three-phase 380 V supply. Single-phase versions are available in the same range.
Can fan speed follow CO₂ or pressure?
Yes. Connect the sensor to one of the analog inputs (0–10 V or 0–20 mA) and the drive adjusts speed automatically.
Can it be connected to the building BMS?
Yes, through the built-in RS485 Modbus. For PROFINET, EtherCAT or other industrial protocols, add an optional card.
Do I need a braking resistor?
For fans and pumps, usually not. It is only needed for very fast stops of high-inertia loads.
