Air filter box F150 — compact filtration element for circular ductwork Ø150 mm, designed to protect fans, MVHR units and AHUs from dust, insects and coarse particles in supply air.

Galvanised steel body resistant to corrosion, external dimensions 250×250×150 mm.

Includes detachable Class G4 filter — ISO Coarse 60% — basic protection against coarse dust, pollen and household dust particles.

Sealing gaskets included — zero air bypass around filter.

Quick-access cover for filter replacement without dismantling the box from the installation.

Filter replacement interval: 3–12 months depending on air quality.

FAQ 

Can the included G4 filter be washed or only replaced? The G4 filter in the F150 box is single-use — it cannot be washed. Washing synthetic G4 filters damages the fibre structure and reduces filtration efficiency. When clogged, replace with a new filter of the same size and class.

What happens if I don't change the filter on time? A clogged filter increases aeraulic resistance on the fan or MVHR unit intake. Effects: airflow reduced by 20–40%, increased motor power consumption, possible overheating during continuous operation. On MVHR units, a clogged filter can cause heat exchanger freezing in winter.
