SPS-G-2K0 — very compact differential pressure transmitter from the SPS series, with 8 selectable measuring ranges from 0–100 Pa to 0–2,000 Pa, including bidirectional ranges −50/+50 Pa and −100/+100 Pa.
Selectable analogue output 0–10 VDC / 0–20 mA or PWM (open collector) + Modbus RTU (RS485) communication for BMS integration.
Monolithic silicon piezoresistive sensor, temperature and pressure compensated — accuracy ±3%, long-term stability ±1%/year.
Supply 15–24 VAC or 18–34 VDC, 3-wire.

Can the SPS-G-2K0 monitor filter clogging automatically? Yes — this is one of its primary applications. Mount the sensor with the (+) input upstream of the filter and (−) downstream. As the filter loads, pressure differential rises. When it reaches the threshold set in the connected controller, it signals filter replacement.
How many SPS sensors can be connected on one Modbus RS485 bus? Up to 247 devices on the same RS485 bus per the Modbus RTU standard. Practical limits are cable length (max. 1,200 m total) and communication speed.
Can I read SPS-G-2K0 values directly from a laptop? Yes — with CNVT-USB-RS485-V2 converter and the free software.
What happens if pressure exceeds the selected range? The output signal saturates at maximum value — the sensor is not damaged. When pressure returns within range, output returns to normal.
